I wanted to try and create an image of what I imagine my daughter might look like as a young woman. I think it captures her beautifully. My girls are often inspiration for me when I paint. This particular one has an almost 1920’s-30’s feel. It is stunning in person. The colors are soft and almost soothing but also very poppy next to the dark background.
